My artwork is an exploration on how nature can affect our mental health, reflecting on personal thoughts and feelings to create gentle reminders to encourage self appreciation and add to the conversation around our mental health issues.
I also like to use humour within my work as a form of positive thinking and use my practice as a response to my own experiences whilst living with depression and anxiety.
